Was assigned this QUACK OFFICE OF 3 by Carefirst in 2007, new patients expect a 4 hour wait. after being seen as regual patient you can still expect a 3 hour wait, I have walked out several times over the years and did so again today. I was called at 930am for an appointment receptionist told me "come now" I asked will I have a 3 hour wait? She said no come at 12noon, and I showed up at 1150 am for a 12noon appointment. there were 20 patients all seats were filled. several were wheelchair patients and was told wait outside a... read more
