Thank you to all staff at the clinic.. Thanks for making me feel comfortable as I was extremely nervous and explaining everything to me.
My partner had a colonoscopy done here on Saturday. They removed 3 polyps that they had found. About an hour after the procedure my partner started having very bloody bowel movements along with clots. So much that we had to take him to the hospital emergency department. He was admitted overnight and went into shock from the blood loss. I'm extremely disappointed in the fact that this clinic did not take any responsibility to contact us, despite the numerous messages left and over 20 calls to the clinic.
