This is the worst company to deal with. I had an issue where my AC was not producing cold air and was still under warranty. They sent someone out and said everything was working fine and sent me a bill for $120. They did not come inside or talk to me, I don’t even think they checked anything. My house was 27 degrees inside. I called them to discuss the issues and spoke to John. He was the rudest sales person I have ever dealt with. He was swearing and yelling at me on the phone and told me to hire someone else. What a joke o... read more

Called them for emergency service on two separate occasions. Always quick to respond and technicians were very professional and generous. Our furnace broke in the coldest and snowiest days in Barrie, they came and fixed under two hours.
