I am writing to discuss concerns regarding the service call performed by your technician. On site in Barrie We paid for a service visit to identify an issue with our furnace; however, the service was not properly carried out. The technician did not perform a thorough diagnostic, which we found disappointing and unprofessional. We subsequently had another technician attend the site, who conducted a complete and proper diagnostic. I recommend stay away from this company, swingers. They replace the ignitor in the furnace and after one week furnace stop work again, came technician and say ignitor have to replace again and asked pay for that!??? I won’t to do that - he run away. I called back to company several times, left messages-silent!
I just witnessed one of their white vans drive up to a red light and straight on through as if it was green. Could not believe my eyes but there was no one coming the other way. Could have been a very deadly mistake. Wednesday July 23, 12:45pm. St. Vincent at Rose St.
