After waiting over 5 hours at the Red Deer emergency department, I decided to go home. I returned to emergency at 3:30 a.m., this time in Innisfail, and by 4:20 a.m. I was already leaving. I saw the doctor quickly, and they were very friendly, caring, and made me feel completely at ease. From start to finish, everything took less than an hour. I’m very grateful for the efficient and compassionate care I received at the Innisfail Emergency Department.
3 hours of waiting and no nurse even bothered to check on my wife, she was in full tears from pain, not to mention the absolute garbage attitude from the nurses, 10/10 should be fired
I went in with a pretty nasty infection in my hand, the staff was extremely helpful. There were quite a few people waiting, but they proceeded to help as fast as they were able and were very considerate of all of our situations and did the best they could considering policy and protocols that they have to follow. Thanks to all the staff.
Would rather help someone with a tummy ache than someone currently going into an active coma
