Dr. Porter was fantastic! She understood my concerns, and listen to what I had to say, and gave a very good strategy with the best way to resolve my problem. Thought it was impetigo again, but now pretty sure it's a cold sore I get once every few years in the same lip area. She ordered my medicine quickly so I could pick it up due to me having a sick pup at home which I had to bring with me. Dr Porter, as always, is very thorough, helpful, courteous and a good listener to her patient. She explained everything to me so I left feeling good and well.
Dr. Porter is a wonderful caring effective professional. I am not the best patient there is as I am very healthy but when something is wrong I tend to wait too long to see Dr. Porter. Even with that she immediately takes charge and gets me the proper treatments and solves the problem. All personnel at Kaiser and pleasant efficient and professional. Would never go to any other medical facility for my health care. mll
Love, love, love this doctor! I feel so confident in her abilities and recommendations. She takes the time to LISTEN. I never feel like she rushes through my appointment. When I turned 65, it was time to pick a provider for Medicare coverage. I had no hesitation in keeping with Kaiser so I wouldn’t have to switch from a doctor that is so excellent. Kaiser, you did good on this one!👍👍👍
