The swimming pool is often by service and as soon as you arrive, it is said that the swimming pool is closed uh for maintenance where there are chemicals that are inside you can't use it now it's really money
I've been living in the townhome beside the building for 11 years this year. As it has had it ups and downs with management they have all had their perks. The new manager is excellent! They take the time to put in the work. Hey if your updating to help your resident then your giving value to your property and they get that! Maintenance can be cheap and it takes time to get some things done but it's understandable considering budgets given (they have bosses also) I love my little community here.
