They really dont like children playing on their property. They continually try to ban kids from riding bikes or playing with balls on their property. They just told us our kids need to go play at the nearby parks instead of on their property. So much for a family neighborhood. Also, they want an above guideline rent increase with no work put into the townhouses in decades. They just say whatever you want to hear to get you out of their faces, even if that means lying to you. I could write a novel about how poorly this place ... read more
The management (Todd) kicked me off the property even though I was invited there by a tenant.
Lack of professionalism, shady tactics by the business, facilities are dated. The cleaning folks were great but the business side was brutal to deal with. I would never recommend this company to anyone, even my worst enemy.
