The swimming pool is often by service and as soon as you arrive, it is said that the swimming pool is closed uh for maintenance where there are chemicals that are inside you can't use it now it's really money
I've been living in the townhome beside the building for 11 years this year. As it has had it ups and downs with management they have all had their perks. The new manager is excellent! They take the time to put in the work. Hey if your updating to help your resident then your giving value to your property and they get that! Maintenance can be cheap and it takes time to get some things done but it's understandable considering budgets given (they have bosses also) I love my little community here.
They really dont like children playing on their property. They continually try to ban kids from riding bikes or playing with balls on their property. They just told us our kids need to go play at the nearby parks instead of on their property. So much for a family neighborhood. Also, they want an above guideline rent increase with no work put into the townhouses in decades. They just say whatever you want to hear to get you out of their faces, even if that means lying to you. I could write a novel about how poorly this place ... read more
