Unfortunately, the experience dealing with this office has not been the greatest. There needs to be some heartfelt conversations with the receptionist on what is and what is not appropriate behaviours when dealing with clients in the medical field. Perhaps some training or coaching from the more experienced personnel would help her develop interpersonal skills and allowing her to understand that telling patients that they are lying is not a good approach.
