Had a terrible experience with Dr scardamaglia. She rushed through the appointment, gave me 5 things to try, wouldn't provide documents or leaflets to explain what each was for, so I had to take very rushed notes in my phone, and when I was having little improvement, I reached out to reception, and I was told by reception that I would have to wait 4 months to my next appointment for more detail on the prescriptions.... After almost a year waiting to even be seen, I have been attended by Dr Laura Scardamaglia for the past year. I noticed worrying behaviour from the beginning (such as forcing me to be on the contraceptive pill so as not to conceive, despite my personal concerns and preferences and being a grown adult who has managed this since adolescence) but ignored it as I put trust in her as a professional. For every 15 minute (Yep! 15min!) appointment there is always a minimum OVER AN HOUR wait-time as Laura takes 'extra time' with each... read more

Takes the time to answer any concerns and demonstrates genuine interest for one’s welfare. Her holistic approach is much appreciated.
