Saw a new Dr today, my specialist of many years has left. I met Dr Bruna, she was lovely, and so thorough. She made me feel secure. I needed a procedure, again she calmed my nerves and with gentle hands hopefully all will be well.

I have had a very disappointing experience dealing with Inner West Specialists, largely due to repeated interactions with a receptionist named Sue - and I am yet to even step foot in the door there. Since September, every time I have spoken with her, she has been abrupt, dismissive, and rude in tone. Three months ago, my dermatologist referred me for light treatment. Patient Care at Inner West has gone from really good to really bad at this Dermatology, procedures not successfully performed warrants another fee by the patient. Dr Anne Howard retired but not retired, many excuses, no seriousness of patient's ssues at all. Extremely disappointing the service and advice here.

Very helpful Dr Bruce was fantastic with my elderly mother actually had he giggling. Straight forward and professional great advice.
