I will be reporting this clinic further up the chain after this. The receptionist yelled at my elderly aunt because she wanted to book another appointment after her skin condition had worsened after she took the medication that was prescribed. She berated my aunty and told her if you don’t know English to go ask your nieces and nephews or your brothers to help you and send an email. If I could give this place minus reviews I would. What a deplorable establishment, the receptionist is a horrible person very rude and utterly disrespectful. The owners don't care clearly as she is still acting the same.
The receptionist specifically that Asian one is sooo rude and passive aggressive for literally no reason. Clearly very miserable she needs to be fired. But Dr Bruna is very nice and did great. Unfortunate that she doesn’t have good receptionists representing her.
Saw a new Dr today, my specialist of many years has left. I met Dr Bruna, she was lovely, and so thorough. She made me feel secure. I needed a procedure, again she calmed my nerves and with gentle hands hopefully all will be well.
