Patient Care at Inner West has gone from really good to really bad at this Dermatology, procedures not successfully performed warrants another fee by the patient. Dr Anne Howard retired but not retired, many excuses, no seriousness of patient's ssues at all. Extremely disappointing the service and advice here.
Very helpful Dr Bruce was fantastic with my elderly mother actually had he giggling. Straight forward and professional great advice.
During my call, I felt the receptionist’s tone could have been friendlier and more welcoming. A more accommodating approach would have made the experience much more positive.
Being on a wait list to see Anne Howard was worth is it. She did not disappoint. She has amazing bed side manor and always gone the extra mile. That’s evident as I have only see her for the last 15 years.
Took my son here to see a dermatologist. The receptionists could have been nicer. My son’s appointment was at 9am and they were already snappy. All I asked for was an invoice after paying the $280 consult fee (our time with the dermatologist was not more than 10 minutes!) and it was like I asked for something really hard!
