This company refuses to cancel our service, fraudulently charging us for 3 months and repeatedly ignoring our requests to cancel. We have disputed all charges. I'm about to sue them.
They say they take insurance and are in network for my policy, which is the only reason I'm still considering them. The website says "next day appointments" and they got the first one scheduled promptly. However, I was required to get medical release form, which my doctor signed and submitted later that day. March 24. Now I am still waiting to get that cleared by clinician. Next available appointment April 9. So that means I've waited 2 weeks with no medication and no therapist because they lie in their ads about availabilit... read more
BEWARE!! I use innerwell for medication management (not ketamine) and it’s such a disaster. My provider has been out of office and the people covering for her are terrible. They simply won’t write my scripts in a timely manner despite my reaching out so many times. I cannot wait to find something different and better. I’ve seen a LOT of doctors in my life and innerwell is so far and beyond the worst.
