I would not recommend the technician that was behind today because he was late getting to work.He said the machine tore up.He was rude and said you are going to have to be still.Then said are you asleep?How could anyone go to sleep? I was hurting so bad and he placed a wash cloth over my nose and my nose was itching.He said I’m going to have to redo it!! Handed me my DIsk didn’t say have a good day or bye.
My doctor called ahead and I was told I would have to wait 45 minutes because they were short staffed. Two hours later after going to the desk twice I finally got a X-ray tech walking by to help me (Scott). He assured me that my doctor would have the report the same day which did NOT happen. Now I get to worry another day without results!
The manager I spoke with lied about billing and payment plans. I stated I would pay my bill but could not afford the monthly amount the requested. She refused to go with a lower amount and she said if it went to collections that company could set up a lower paymeny. They have now sent me to collections and collections said they could not set up a lower plan because Innervision stated the plan needed to pay a certain amount per month. This was my first MRI and all the staff was great! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.
Love the staff here, they are efficient and friendly and make having tests done less painful & anxious
