I had a great experience at InnerView! I am only 14 weeks, and at first, my baby was really scrunched up and Kelly was honest that it was hard to tell the gender. She took her time and wouldn’t confirm it for about 20 minutes of searching and trying to get the baby to reposition, which I really appreciated! Before my son was born early due to pre-eclampsia, I had made an appointment to see him through this company. He was born a week before the appointment. Of course they require a deposit for the spot. I was never offered a refund for the deposit. No sympathy. No concern for me or my baby. Nothing. Really showed me what they were really about. My experience was last year in July. Hopefully staff changed since then.
Oh my where do I begin! Kelly was phenomenal! Kelly was able to bring us in on a spare of the moment appointment. She made this experience exactly what we expected and more. After a previous disappointing appointment at a different office, I was so glad my friend was able to find InnerView and get us an appointment. I truly can not thank her enough for everything she did for us that day. I would highly recommend her and her great skills to anyone near or far. Thank you again Kelly!
Kelly did an amazing job with my ultrasound. She was very patient and detailed about what she was doing. She accommodate my appointment pretty quick and took the time to capture amazing images of my baby. Highly recommend Innerview Ultrasound.
The owner was a total different person in person versus over the phone. I did not have a pleasant experience here. The greeting was very rude and snippy. My husband, best friend and I felt racially profiled. We continued with the appointment because my reveal was the same day of the appointment and we’d already paid the deposit.
