In October of 2019, I had a mental health crisis due to my academics that I had to be hospitalized for a week. After I got discharged, Innerspace Counseling's incredible group therapy sessions and personal 1-on-1 counselors helped me with accepting my situation and controlling my compulsions. Their psychiatric staff was also incredible and very responsive and was able to prescribe me with meds that met my everyday needs. Extremely poor medicine management. No review of chart history or genesight report. Very unprofessional. Staff psychiatrist is a liability who doesn’t check drug interactions. Then there’s a sales pitch. This place should be avoided if possible
Learned excellent DBT skills. That's the only good thing I can say. Medication management was terrible. And they did not have family sessions like they promised. Only one or two visits with my husband in the 6 months I was there.
