Deserves 0 stars. The main lady who runs it is the opposite of empathetic and should not be in the mental health field. She talks over you, polices your language around YOUR feelings, invalidates your experiences, invalidates the expertise of your past therapists medical opinions yet refuses to even contact your current therapist - I could go on. Do yourself a favor and find someone else - ANYONE else.
The front desk who answered the phone yesterday and today are rude. However, doctors are not available not even for new patients. You have to.be 17-24 to get an appointment. The insurance company needs to know this information or put it on your website. The ins company listed adults only and this facility pulled up.
The agency maintains professionalism towards families and clients. Therapists are accommodating, flexible and empathetic. The CEO/President does an amazing job of ensuring that all clients are satisfied with the provided services.
