While I loved the ladies up front handling all the business, they are super sweet, the doctor was a quack. Would not listen to you about med dosages, charged outrageous fees, don't be one minute late cancelling an appt!! Cancelled my last appt, did not know I'd be charged an exit interview fee. Not once did I ever sign papers on that nor was I verbally told about it. He had not seen me in 2 months and THEN decided to call me for his exit interview. As a first time experience with this field of medical assistance I have found Dr Thielman to be very kind and understanding. I've just begun my journey but I look forward to being better.
