My mom used this company and we had one home healthcare worker who fell asleep and we had to call the agency to get her to wake up. We had one healthcare worker who stole checks and we had to call the police. And everyone was late for their shift. If I could give no stars I would. It’s a real low when you steal from a handicapped senior who is bound by a wheelchair.
I just want to say that Donna Anderson was the person that finally figured out exactly what my son was diagnosed with he was diagnosed with autism he has ADHD he had been suffering in silence from a doctor that did not care about him from being de behavioral she has been the best doctor to have known for 7 years while anybody would try to get her in trouble for medication that they are not prescribed I don't know but she sure shouldn't have her license taken and she sure should not be in the review I think it's absurd that p... read more

While everyone was kind, this is an unprofessionally and borderline unethically ran practice. Every single time I called them and asked about my bill they told me I did not have a balance with them and then suddenly I had a nearly $200 balance based on 3, less than 30-minute phone calls (which would've been $450 altogether if my insurance didn't have a discount), one of which was to get my meds refilled because THEY terminated primary care service and gave everyone less than one week of notice (for me it was literally two da... read more
