I did Pilates reformer years ago and loved it and was so happy to see a studio open up in the valley. I have been going 3 times a week and can feel a huge difference in my body. All of the instructors I’ve had so far have been wonderful. Jordan is my favorite so far. You can tell she really loves what she does and puts her heart into it.
I love Innergy! I have known Jordan for years and she always has been a fantastic teacher! I used to take her classes when you taught in Palmer at a different studio. Her classes and the classes I have taken there are just enough of a challenge but also choices to make the moves harder or easier depending on your needs. I would recommend Innergy to anyone of any age of level of physical ability.
Loving it so far! Pilates fundamentals was great, and so was yoga. Booked hot yoga, spin, barre restore, and more pilates classes. Can't wait!
Innergy is the best fitness studio you will ever go to! The barre classes are amazing, so are the yoga! There Pilates studio is amazing aswell! I now take classes there regularly I would highly recommend getting a membership here!! (You can also just book drop in classes to try them out!)
I have never felt more accepted at a workout facility than I do at Innergy. I am getting older and definitely not in the best shape of my life. But the instructors are always so welcoming and friendly, I never feel out of place or judged. What I do get is encouragement and help to modify exercises to my ability at the moment! I love that all of the classes are great for all levels of fitness.
