Just wanted to write another review about Innergy! I tweaked my back while on vacation. When I got home, my first class was yesterday with KayLee for the Tuesday Morning Flow. It was just what the doctor ordered. I felt so good after her class!!! My back was good for the rest of the day! She is amazing! It’s been a year since I posted my comment below. Innergy has been a wonderful workout community for me over the last year! All the instructors are absolutely wonderful- so warm, welcoming, and helpful! They truly work with you and your physical ability to make you feel the most comfortable in all the classes. I love coming here to workout!
