I’ve taken a several classes at Innergy at this point, and honestly every single one has been great. Just when I feel like I’ve figured out all the Pilates moves and know what’s coming… I don’t 😂 there’s always something new, which keeps it really interesting. I’ve also done a handful of spin classes now, and for someone who has always despised spin, Innergy completely changed my mind.
