I felt extremely welcomed as soon as I walked in. I do regularly work out but it can sometimes be intimidating working out in an open place with strangers and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. I also love doing things right and Jordan took time to come and help me fix something twice and I was so grateful that it was genuinely helping me do my best! & I will 100% be going again!
I love the workouts, the teachers and my fellow clients. I was a complete beginner to everything (yoga, barre, and spin) and the teachers still have taken great care of me. I love the group aspect of each workout. We are a team here at Innergy and everyone is welcome to join our team.
As someone just beginning their fitness journey, I’ve found everyone to be so encouraging to me and not just the instructors but other clients as well. By accident I stumbled into a community and that’s why I’m sharing about the Innergy Studios. And I should add, the music in every class is well curated! I’m hoping to stay strong and live long. I really appreciate the beautiful space, great teachers and the Pilates classes that you leave feeling like you have a really good workout. I love that you don’t leave the class feeling absolutely drained or like you just got your butt kicked like you do with some workouts. It’s a great experience and I would highly recommend it!
