I am shocked at how terrible my experience was just trying to get a consultation. You have to share a bunch of information and sign paperwork before even a 15 minute consult call - then left me sitting there in the video room for 10 minutes of that 15 minute session before they bothered showing up, and then lied that they tried to call me "several times", when it was just once, and already FIVE MINUTES AFTER the session scheduled start time (my phone was in the video room on my computer - but you could have just logged in on... read more
Fatima is amazing and I’ve had such a positive experience coming to her this past month!! Even with the short amount of time I’ve spent with her so far I feel myself growing everyday! The other office staff are also very sweet and they are always smiling it’s such a great environment filled with positive energy.
Administrative Staff has the worse experience en your life. They have a policy totally inhuman and they abuse patients rights. Their policy about cancellations doesn't care Extremely , extremely circumstances. You can almost died in the hospital as my personal incident and they don't care. They only want your money and they don't care the patients for absolutely nothing.
