Innerglow center was wonderful. First, I tried aerobics with Linda and then I took a yoga class with Kathy. Both classes had a really welcoming feeling to them. It’s not a place you go to keep your head down and hide in the back of the class, it’s a place you go for connection. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Thank you!
I just finished my first month of Personal Training and I must say top notch. Brian ( the trainer ) is the absolute best. He not only does he adjust the work out to your own personal goals, he challenges you to meet those goals every step of the way. I am truly grateful to have the opportunity to be trained by him. I am shocked at how terrible my experience was just trying to get a consultation. You have to share a bunch of information and sign paperwork before even a 15 minute consult call - then left me sitting there in the video room for 10 minutes of that 15 minute session before they bothered showing up, and then lied that they tried to call me "several times", when it was just once, and already FIVE MINUTES AFTER the session scheduled start time (my phone was in the video room on my computer - but you could have just logged in on... read more
