Inner Glow is a gorgeous space, I love the thoughtful decor and all of the fresh plants. I had the best massage by Sarah. It was so relaxing I fell asleep! I also received a great colonic from Sarah afterwards, I highly recommend this combination of therapies
First time doing a colonic ! I have been feeling very constipated. I went to the emergency room a couple of days ago and they told me that my colon was very impacted and I had trapped gas.
