Innerglow center was wonderful. First, I tried aerobics with Linda and then I took a yoga class with Kathy. Both classes had a really welcoming feeling to them. It’s not a place you go to keep your head down and hide in the back of the class, it’s a place you go for connection. Everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. Thank you!
I just finished my first month of Personal Training and I must say top notch. Brian ( the trainer ) is the absolute best. He not only does he adjust the work out to your own personal goals, he challenges you to meet those goals every step of the way. I am truly grateful to have the opportunity to be trained by him. I'm loving the yoga classes here! The studio's peaceful vibe, cleanliness, and small class sizes create a great intimate atmosphere. The instructors are all warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable - highly recommend!
