Alex and Nicola are both fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed their beautiful "Elements of Sound : Spring Equinox Celebration" at InnerGate this evening. It was my first time doing a sound bath + acupuncture, and it was so relaxing and healing. When I arrived, I had a really bad headache/migraine... but by the end of the session, it was completely gone. My stress and anxiety just melted.
