I had a phenomenal experience with Joanne at Innerflow! Her space and energy is so grounding. She took the time to ask about some of my concerns, as well as going over the lymphatic system and what to expect. She took the time post-massage to go over everything and offered some helpful techniques for me to try at home. I would 100% recommend her and her services!

I'm incredibly happy with my sessions with Joanne! 💗 She's really kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming, with such good energy that you feel it the moment you walk in. Her hands are magic. So gentle, yet super effective. The space is really clean, comfy, and has a very calming vibe. You feel safe and cared for. Highly recommend ✨✨️

I’ve had three lymphatic massage sessions with Joanne at Inner Flow Lymphatics, and each one has been amazing in its own way. My first session in November left me feeling incredibly calm and rejuvenated—but a few hours later I felt like I’d been hit by a bus. Looking back, I don’t think I drank enough water afterward and clearly had a lot of “clogged” areas that needed attention. Loved this so much! It was so relaxing.... her hands were so little and dainty and strong! Will 100% be back. I booked two sessions back to back so I could have a longer experience, well worth it!
