Can't wait to get out of here Noisy, bugs, rats in the walls, not "smoke-free", unprofessional management, dirty, lazy maintenance.
terrible apartment The apartment building is very poorly built (no soundproof at all), you can hear footsteps, and often, neighbors bring their friends and make so much noise. You can hear laughing, talking you name it. They also use no-name brand appliance which skyrockets your monthly utility bills. Take my piece of advice and go elsewhere.
Past Tenant Carol (Manger) did not follow state laws by sending a complete list of deductions that were taken out of me and my roommates security deposit. Carol will not answer emails about the matter and will say she doesn’t know which department handles it. Carol also moved tenants into the apartment before our lease was up and didn’t even inform us or offered us a prorated rent. Carol seems really nice in the beginning but horrible service. I normally don’t do this but I do not recommend living here.
