I had such a wonderful experience at this clinic for my IUD insertion. Dr Margaret and Nurse Ruby were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so calm, comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole appointment. They were both very gentle, reassuring and completely transparent about everything that was happening, which made the experience so much easier. All of the staff were also very kind and welcoming. Called up to ask if the available booking times on the website were correct as they were showing next available 3 months away. Receptionist was extremely rude. Gave no context or anything - just "yes" and radio silence. Will not be coming back here not that I can ever get an appointment anyway. Consider retraining your front desk!

Every time I have called this clinic the reception staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. This has been so off-putting to me I have not wanted to go back.
