I’ve never visited a doctor where I’ve felt comfortable and calm. Dr Stuart-Harris was incredibly informative, empathetic and non-judgemental. I’m really glad I visited the clinic.
Every time I have called this clinic the reception staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. This has been so off-putting to me I have not wanted to go back.
My experience with Dr Rebecca south was 11/10. She has both a wealth of knowledge and ensured I was comfortable before removing the Jadelle rods in my arm. She made 2x really small incisions and 5 days later it’s almost imperceivable - just pin prick marks remaining that I’m sure will disappear.
IUD removal with Dr Joanna Lin was a breeze. It's not a comfortable procedure by any means but she was very gentle and kind. Highly recommend. :-)
