Called up to ask if the available booking times on the website were correct as they were showing next available 3 months away. Receptionist was extremely rude. Gave no context or anything - just "yes" and radio silence. Will not be coming back here not that I can ever get an appointment anyway. Consider retraining your front desk!

Every time I have called this clinic the reception staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. This has been so off-putting to me I have not wanted to go back.
My experience with Dr Rebecca south was 11/10. She has both a wealth of knowledge and ensured I was comfortable before removing the Jadelle rods in my arm. She made 2x really small incisions and 5 days later it’s almost imperceivable - just pin prick marks remaining that I’m sure will disappear.
