Potentially the worst experience I’ve had within this field as a client. I have never felt so undermined, purposefully misunderstood and dismissed.
Disgraceful, absolutely disgraceful. They don’t pick up, none of them do. You call yourself a mental health service but can’t pick up the phone for WEEKS….. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
Had two appointments with Amanda Gionfriddo. During the first appointment we discussed my issues with drug use and alcohol dependency, as well as my family’s history of drug use. When I came in for my second appointment, she for some reason began discussing how her and her friends had constantly seen a homeless man on Main Street in Middletown.
