I remember my first massage it was a few months ago and I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I went in to see Aubra with a severe knot in my shoulder that was causing numbness down my arm and had me considering a trip to the ER. After just one session, the pain and numbness eased so much that I no longer felt I needed the hospital. I had always thought massage was only for relaxation, but Aubra showed me how truly therapeutic and healing it can be. The relief was incredible and she is now a part of my monthly routine!
