I always walk out feeling balanced, peaceful, and recharged. Highly recommend to anyone needing support, clarity, or just a moment to breathe.
I have been attending ‘Hocatt’ sessions at Inner Wellbeing in Dee Why. The machine uses ozone as well as frequency therapy and is the reason I first decided on the 1.5-hour one-way journey. In my weekly sessions I have felt a lightening of the body. I have more energy and a clearer focus which has spilled over into other areas of my life with an increased motivation. Lymphatic Drainage - best thing I have done for myself and could not have felt more informed and looked after with Majella. She explained everything and provided some at home routines to improve lymphatic system. I'm definitely coming back!
I first met Majella after reaching out because I wasn’t feeling 100% with how my body was performing. From our first meeting, I could tell I was in good hands. She has a depth of knowledge that never ceases to amaze and genuinely cares about helping you feel your best. She’s one of kind. Since working with her, I feel better than I have in a long time, both physically and mentally. Id recommend anyone who’s been thinking about it, to get out of their comfort zone and see Majella. Your body will thank you.
I have had great experiences at Inner Wellbeing. I have used the Hocatt machine which worked wonders for my injury and a candida issue i had. Majella was fantastic and very professional with a wealth of knowledge. Very blessed to have a clinic like this close to home.
