Wife and I met Sara at a health expo, she suggested we try the sound bath for my busy brain. I was skeptical to be frank but gave it a go, I can't explain why but I had the best sleep in past 6 months after that. I decided to try therapy in their Richmond Hill location for personal growth and managing work pressures. Feeling pretty confident in the therapist so far, she's straight forward and compassionate.
I found this counseling clinic after months of searching for a place that provided mind body therapy in Richmond Hill. I was unsure at first cuz a lot of therapists say they do somatic therapy and emdr but you end up just talking in circles and landing where you started. The founder Sara was my first point person, she matched me with a counselor on her team after our call and actually followed up to make sure it worked out for me. I was at the 6 Senses Wellness Expo in Richmond Hill this past weekend and Sara's presentation was very informative. The Sound Bath therapy was out of this world! It was my first time doing this. It made me feel so relaxed and it improved my mood immediately. My anxiety lessened and I am happy and grateful to have had experienced this method of therapy.
Sara's presentation was very informative and she is an interesting presenter. It pulled together some of the issues I have and consolidated my understanding. She is obviously knowledgeable on her subject and I would be more than happy to have her as my practitioner. She has a very kind and has an approachable and open demeanor, which is incredibly important in a successful relationship.
