Inner Strength and Fitness is a gem of a gym. Dan, Adrienne, and Consuelo create a multi-generational environment that's welcoming to all. Inner Strength is consistently clean, friendly, and inviting. Dan and crew provide highly expert personal training, and some members can join the Inner Strength competitive weightlifting team, which wins many competitions. Great staff....no typical gym attitudes.
Just joined and I can report nothing but positive vibes. Very different from other (impersonal) gyms I have used. I truly enjoy going and being surrounded by courageous people of all ages. Highly recommend it.
Highly recommended gym for weightlifting! Nice people, high quality bars, plates, and platforms, and affordable rates. We dropped in while traveling and will be back soon!
