Anne is very warm and wise, and I felt comfortable opening up to her from the very first session. Anne taught me how to have a better relationship with myself and how to be more kind and accepting towards myself. During our sessions, Anne would start by asking me about my week and any incidents that caused difficult emotions to arise.
