I have taken yoga classes in the past and I wasn't sure about this class - I was more into flowing and cardio yoga previously, but I have a cardio class that I love so I was looking for something to add that would strengthen my core and provide some calming to my over-stressed life right now. Started taking yoga with Regina at Bentwater a little over 6 weeks ago and love it! The classes are very relaxing and have been beneficial for me mind, body and soul. Regina is a great instructor who cares and gives individualized attention when needed.
