I sought Alex Baird's services to transition through some pretty significant life changes. I'd planned for three or four months of therapy, or six months at the most. I've been going to Alex for about 5-6 months now and plan to continue for however long I need. I went to Alex after some an especially taxing time in my life. Alex really has your wellbeing as her number one priority. She is an excellent listener who is patient and knowledgeable. She is also unafraid to give "real talk" in an inspiring way that is positively challenging. She expertly teaches ways to practically manage depression, anxiety, and more. She has taught me realistic ways to change my life. I would recommend her to anyone in need of therapy.
