Who ever puts more than 3 stars is a bot, this joke of a place. There was 1 person infront of me, no one else here, 3 nurses working and still took 30 minutes

What exactly are the point of these things? I went in with a cauliflower ear and the nurse told me she couldn't do anything and I that I would need to go to the ED. Only to then have a nurse drain the cauliflower ear. I thought walk ins were meant to prevent ED visits for low risk, low impact injuries and illness. Waste of everyone's time
