The staff are always really nice, I’m just uncertain why a walk in clinic doesn’t offer flu and covid testing or provide antibiotics medication and we had to go to a GP for that
Very disappointing and unprofessional. On the evening of July 10th 2025，I visited this facility and witnessed a woman coughing uncontrollably inside the waiting area. She was not wearing a mask, constantly walking around, and throwing used tissues on the floor after wiping her nose. Everyone waiting was visibly disturbed, and many people ended up leaving out of fear. Great service.
What exactly are the point of these things? I went in with a cauliflower ear and the nurse told me she couldn't do anything and I that I would need to go to the ED. Only to then have a nurse drain the cauliflower ear. I thought walk ins were meant to prevent ED visits for low risk, low impact injuries and illness. Waste of everyone's time
Tina was lovely and very thorough with my injury, giving me clear information and options for treatment, and information for future recovery and strengthening. My mother also received treatment via telephone and said the nurse she spoke with was very kind and helpful.
