My wife, a dedicated support worker, took a frail 92 yr old client to the Walk In Centre Dickson as the client had cut her knee on uneven paving in Dickson. My wife used her own first aid kid to stem bleeding and move a chair in the waiting room to elevate the elderly person's leg. After waiting 1 hour a nurse came out and gave her a gauze to hold and said there was a 3 1/2 hour wait and she might be better off driving the client to the Hospital Emergency Department.
