Great service.
What exactly are the point of these things? I went in with a cauliflower ear and the nurse told me she couldn't do anything and I that I would need to go to the ED. Only to then have a nurse drain the cauliflower ear. I thought walk ins were meant to prevent ED visits for low risk, low impact injuries and illness. Waste of everyone's time
Tina was lovely and very thorough with my injury, giving me clear information and options for treatment, and information for future recovery and strengthening. My mother also received treatment via telephone and said the nurse she spoke with was very kind and helpful.
Actually INSANE Didn’t even Touch/Inspect my wound. Gave it the quickest once over “It’s fine” then showed the door.
Received poor medical treatment from dismissive nurse Liv which resulted in my health condition deteriorating further, until I sought second opinion.
