Tiare is very kind and a great acupuncturist. However some recent billing snafus have left me dissatisfied and disappointed. She’s very classist because she charged my card over $ 300 without warning or anything to cover some copayments and a session my insurance didn’t cover. When I signed the financial agreement that gives her permission to charge my account, it was with the understanding that this was for copays. Very relaxing and comfortable. She put me at ease very quickly and was able to make some progress with me. New to acupuncture but I'm definitely going to continue the treatment. Positive results on our first meeting.
