I’ve been getting Abhyanga and Shiro for more than 5+ yrs from Zara. She is very intuitive and knows how to work according to my body type. She cares about one’s comfort and space and work around, giving optimum benefits for the time I spend there. Every time, I come out calm, relaxed and healed.
Zara is an amazingly intuitive and skilled practitioner. Her space is calming and peaceful and she knows just how to work out the stubborn tension and pain. Highly recommended!
Zara is absolutely amazing! I have lots of physical issues stemming from a bad motorcycle accident, and several other injuries. She always manages to fix me up and get me mobile again when I have issues with pain and numbness. She is incredibly attentive, and works hard to make sure you feel comfortable, and that your concerns are addressed when you come in. I cannot recommend her enough!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Zara and her body work. I have been seeing her for over a year and she has helped to relieve neck and shoulder issues that contributed to dizziness.
