Extremely disappointment. Initially I called and scheduled in an appointment at the German Village location and after providing my address the receptionist shared they had an east side location off of Broad St that may be more convenient and may have a earlier appointment. I reached out to the office, no answer - no problem. A few hours later I receive a call back from the Broad st office and offered me an appointment for the same day as German Village. Best chiropractic office I have ever been to. I came to the office in so much pain due to a car accident and got so much relief here. The doc is great, and goes above and beyond while I am at the office and gave me lots of tools and tips for relief. The office staff is so friendly, it makes me feel like they really care and are happy to see me and happy to help me find relief. They work with my schedule and remind me of appointments so I never miss. I would absolutely recommend Inner Health Chiropractic East office.
The E Broad Office is great! The staff is friendly and professional, the office is always clean, and they can squeeze me in even when I have an emergency issue.
Dr. Briggs is the most caring attentive doctor I have ever had. And I love his receptionist too
