My mental, in my opinion, was so unmanageable before I had therapy with Allie. I’ve never met a therapist so authentic and patient and willing to reassure me and my mentality that it is capable of healing. I recommend anyone to Inner Healing if they’ve had a hard time finding a good therapist, because Allie is endearingly honest and helps untangle the mess that is trauma. :)
I started therapy with Allie during one of the hardest times of my life. She has always shown so much patience and grace in helping me navigate these tough times. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
I see Allie and I love her so much. She is so amazing and so helpful. She also works with me on times that I can see her and that is so helpful. I find myself in peace when I leave her office and using her techniques through the week until I see her again. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!
