RecommendedI have been seeing Ann off and on for 6 years. Even when I have lived in other cities (sometimes 2 hours away) I have continued to travel to Inner Harmony. Ann has been a fantastic teacher when it comes to coping skills, and a great sounding board for my processing of life events. She has done a fantastic job using EMDR with me - the panic attacks I had had before going to sleep each night recently are completely gone after utilizing EMDR.
