09/2023 - Very negative experience. I will not be returning again. Must have been a change in ownership / management. I was yelled at by the "office manager" for neglecting my bill. I was approved for a cleaning through my dental insurance. 6 months later I get a $175 bill for the cleaning. I called the office to sort things out. I never received a call or emailed statement prior to my call. The office manager called me a week after my call and was extremely rude and hostile. She claimed SHE KNOWS I've opened my bills. Dr. Merritt is outstanding. She is friendly and always spends a good amount of time with her patients. She explains procedures thoroughly and follows up in a timely manner when needed. I highly recommend Dr. Merritt for your orthodontia needs!
I saw Dr. Lee today. She was very professional. She repaired a chipped veneer perfectly. I cannot even see where the repair was. Dr. Lee answered some questions.

They’re professional, courteous and the Dr. is excellent. They take great care if you. Also they’re very clean and follow all guidelines when it comes to CDC guidelines for Covid-19 transmission.
