RecommendedMy niece got a small gold chain while we were on vacation and while playing with her brother it was broken. During this pandemic I wasn’t sure if any places were open so I messaged Carson. He did a contactless pickup the next day and had it back to me using a contactless delivery the following day and the price was super reasonable too. I’ll definitely go back for any future jewelry needs. You can’t even tell where the chain was broken (in two different places). Great job!

This place is the first and final word in jewelry repair in my opinion. It's an amazing local place run by one wonderfully friendly, sincere and very skilled guy. Bonus is that you get to socialize with his awesome little dog while you're in the store!

I went looking for Inner Harbor/Carson at Marketplace only to find out he had moved to his current Chelsea Street location. I needed several batteries replaced in my wrist watch and small clocks. While there I purchased a gorgeous pocket watch; reasonably price with wonderful explanation how the watch worked. Carson offers superlative service and knowledge about his products. I strongly suggest you seek him out for you next repair or jewelry needs.
