Not so great Been practicing yoga for about 6 years now so I've been to my share of top-notch studios. This isn't one of them. Classes are cramped and overpriced. There are better, more unique studios with lower prices throughout Madison.
Great Studio! Inner Fire Yoga studio offers a selection of classes that range from Yin to Bikram. They also have a variety of instructors so you are able to find the one that suits you. I change my classes each week to fit exactly what I need that particular week. I truly enjoy my time spent at the Inner Fire studio, especially since they got a new studio!
