This is a real gem! Best kept secret of Pittsburgh. Sydney introduced me to the power of Panch-karma in healing. Our ancestors have left behind such phenomenal Ayurveda practices, that have somewhere gone unrecognized. After the 5 sessions of Panch-karma, I felt energized, rejuvenated and surprisingly lost 12 pounds of flab! Great start to weight management regime for any age.
