This is a real gem! Best kept secret of Pittsburgh. Sydney introduced me to the power of Panch-karma in healing. Our ancestors have left behind such phenomenal Ayurveda practices, that have somewhere gone unrecognized. After the 5 sessions of Panch-karma, I felt energized, rejuvenated and surprisingly lost 12 pounds of flab! Great start to weight management regime for any age. Bonus - All complements I have been receiving from my colleagues. LOVED every bit of the 5 days, she is awesome! Highly recommended.

Working with Sydney at inner element this past year has been amazing. We have done close to 10 reiki sessions. She has helped me be able to make sense of what I want and the changes I can make in order to come into my highest self’s potential.
