I scheduled an appointment you have to do it on line because no one calls you back first then you fill out an application i clicked i would like to be contacted by phone they email you an appointment ok 2nd red flag. I love my therapist. I'm doing EMDR therapy and it's great. She is very supportive and kind. Just for feedback, I would love it if the invoices we are sent didn't expire after like 2 days. I just wanted to comment because it's so strange, anytime I don't get to my bill in two days it expires and they send it out again like days later. If I'm really busy it might happen twice. It's very atypical for medical billing, and I find it so weird. But it doesn't change my rating at all, the high quality care is what matters.
