For starters, poor customer service. Because the owner works another job he hardly ever returns calls, I only put up with it because I was trying to support an African American small business, but I advise you go with another service. The owner Percy has no integrity. First he came to do the job without a stump grinder to complete the job. He argued that I didn't tell him when we scheduled that I wanted the stump ground down, that I only told him to cut the tree.
