The breakfasts were outstanding and Terrick(sp) was wonderful! 5 STARS for him and the chef! However, we had one issue, we needed toilet paper and the gentleman I asked was on a call taking reservations and sent me up two staircases to the linen closet where there were NO paper products at all. I have a physical handicap which is why we chose a ground floor in the first place. After finding no tissue, I returned to the room and he never bothered to see if I had located any. What a jewel! Inner Banks Inn is a must-stay. My partner and I spent two nights here and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the historic homes are gorgeous. The location is well-situated, just a short walk from the main street and waterfront. Breakfast was lovely, and all of the staff were so kind, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you so much for your hospitality and generosity!
My pup and I stayed one night in the restored barn. The room was large and the furnishings and design were beautiful. It was quiet, plenty of space for the dog inside and out and a quick walk down to the water. Lovely! Will return!
My husband, myself and our dog spent 1 night here in one of the cottage rooms. The other room was not booked the night we stayed so we were the only ones in the cottage. It was a huge space with beautiful furniture and a big soaking tub. The bathroom was huge! There is also a shared fridge in the cottage and a backyard space with a fence. It wasn't a tall fence so I wasn't comfortable turning our dog out off leash there but a small dog would be fine. The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed exploring.
