Carli was absolutely wonderful but she left the practice. We then did an intake with Dr. Jermany. Right after our intake appointment she also left the practice. The office manager was extremely rude during the change between Carli and Dr. Jermany. She would talk over me, repeat herself and was overall unpleasant.

I was seeing Carli and scheduled to see a new provider. I had a disappointing experience with the practice manager recently that led to me cancelling my appointment and requesting discharge. Unfortunately, I found her communication style to be dismissive and condescending. I was not given the opportunity to fully express my concerns, as I was frequently interrupted and spoken over. Carli was a great doctor but is no longer at this practice. The practice upcharges so watch your bill - the business administrator was condescending and obfuscating when I asked about my bill. I experienced a lot of stress and anxiety based on how this practice handled business and billing.

I was referred to Carli by my therapist. I was able to get a new patient appointment quickly, and the staff was very helpful. Carli is thorough in her appointments and listens to each concern I have. She puts in a lot of effort to make sure I find the right medications for my diagnoses and concerns.
