Sha is truly an amazing soul . I am very happy that my first experience having a colon hydrotherapy treatment was with her. She is very patient, warm, accommodating and gentle in her approach- Perfect first experience! The space is natural and beautiful. So grateful to Shaina for holding the capacity to bring so much light and clarity.
The owner, Sha, genuinely cares about the well-being of her clients. She knows how to "meet people where they are at" in their cleansing journey. I brought a friend for their first hydrotherapy experience ever. Sha made them feel super welcome, comfortable, and safe. Also, I think (don't quote me) Innegration is the only hydrotherapy spot on the east end with an Angel Hydrotherapy machine. I used to have to commute a long way to the next closest place in midtown but since finding Sha, getting an Angel colonic is much more co... read more
