A total scam! Seems like many others, especially under Yelp reviews feel the same and have fallen victim. Clearly, just another Infomercial, misrepresentation TV scam, which targets the seniors. First, they represented themselves to me as Neurologist when asked whereas, according to the internet, they are Chiropractors. Big difference. This in itself is medical fraud. Good morning innate healthcare, I'm returning home, tired and disappointed. There is no entrance from 62nd Street, it's blocked, it's barricaded, the next street takes you to another building, I've gone around in circles, almost 2 and a half hours, that's ridiculous, you call, no one answers the phone, and if they do answer, you don't have customer service. It was a mistake. Not even Uber wants to come around here. worse place RATING -o

This was the worst experience I ever had when dealing with a chiropractor services. The staff I delt with was very difficult and unsympathetic to my curminstances. She also, went back on what she said in regards to equipment return and refund. I asked for a itemized account of the charges to my account, she said she couldn't provide that.
