Regan is kind, professional and warm, but more importantly, extremely effective at her job. She really knows her stuff. After suffering from jaw and neck tension for years, she was able to get me out of my pain and tightness almost completely after just two sessions. I feel so much better and have had so many other health benefits since undergoing this treatment. I really wish I had known about her and done this treatment sooner. I can't recommend her enough.

I had been following Innate Balance for a while because the therapy looked fantastic. After I was surprised with Bells Palsy (partial facial paralysis) in April, I made an appointment immediately since massage therapy is recommended to help with recovery. Regan is amazing. She is easy to communicate with and really listens to your concerns. Her knowledge from working in the dental field gives her a definite advantage. Regan of Innate Balance Bodywork has truly been a gift sent from the heavens. I have suffered from chronic pain and migraines for over two decades and when the FDA discontinued the only medication that has helped I feared the worst. I had one of the best massage experiences of my life from Regan. The Bliss face massage was incredibly relaxing. There were no sore muscles that needed attention, just glorious pampering. I dozed off multiple times wishing it were 10pm and I could just remain on her table for a good 8 hours of sleep. The name says it all, and I was so darn HAPPY the rest of the day. I am recommending this experience to all of my friends as the PERFECT gift for any season.

I have experienced many different massage practitioners and Regan is among the best! The massage table is notably very comfortable and well padded. Her space is very soothing and stylish. Regan has this incredible way of gently encouraging your muscles to let go of their tension and relax. Walking out of there, I needed to drive a slow way home as I felt like I was floating. It was incredible! I felt so amazing the next day! No soreness at all. I highly recommend booking your massage now with Regan!
