Almost three years as a Dignity Health patient. Seven PCPs... four "left the practice" before I even saw them for the first time. Dr. Inna Zdorovyak is the third doc I've actually met face-to-face. SHE IS THE FIRST PCP WHO EVEN TOUCHED ME (listening to my heart/lungs.) No other Dignity doc has listened to my heart and lungs. No Dignity doc has EVER palpated my thyroid. Terrible, looked down on me, had attitude like I was bothering her, very unprofessional, you don't treat people like this!! Attitude like she was better than you or something, has no business being in this profession treating people like this, I just wanted to leave right in the middle of the session, terrible!!!!
I would give zero stars if that were an option. Very insensitive to patient issues and seemed bothered by me asking her questions and asking for advice. Total lack of compassion and bedside manner. Her condescending manner is like nothing i have ever experienced at Dignity Health.
Have to agree with Tyler. First impressions are the most lasting impressions. Her Q & A on my health history was missing - she asked no questions. There was no physical assessment of any kind. Her tech did my vitals. She recommended I come off of high blood pressure medication but made no notes on what to do if my BP continued to be elevated: resume taking the pills? don't take them and do something different? who knows - she didn't notate. She sent me out the door to do 2 tests - one diagnostic - without a kit. I still have... read more
I met with warm greetings and smile from the front desk, the nurse, and the doctor. I was given time to questions, answers, and explain conditions.
